Pure Pet is proud to carry My Dog Nose It in Carbondale, Illinois. In 2013 I had Basil Cell Carcinoma on my nose. After several surgeries to remove the skin cancer and then even more to make sure my nose looked as natural as possible, I could only kick myself for the hours of unprotected sun worshipping I did while growing up in Southern California near the beach. Now in my late 50’s, I know your skin “never forgets” and I use cover ups, hats and tons of sunscreen whenever I’m outside or on the boat.

We cannot say enough good things about this store and the workers, we found a rash on our dog and asked for help, they not offered suggestions but gave us great advice. Gave us details on a allergy test they recommended and once we received the results we went back to consult for additional advice, they did not disappoint, they helped us pick out new dog food that would work for our pet as well as appropriate snacks and treats that will work for her. They guarantee their product and If it doesn’t work they have an excellent return policy no hassle, and the best attitudes and support. We will not go to another pet store after discovering them. Again, I cannot say enough good things about the store and selection and all their workers have been so supportive and kind.

The people are truly the kindest and most caring. I’ve used the dog wash station numerous times, including with my baby in tow, and the staff is always beyond helpful. I love Pure Pet in Marion.
