Pure Pet is proud to carry One Fur All in Carbondale, Illinois. Robert and David have been friends and pet lovers since middle school.  After high school, they went in some different directions.  Robert ended up working for champagne, luggage and high-end goods king Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton while David became a pet store owner. Robert moved to Asheville, North Carolina while David stayed close to the beach (and his family) in South Florida.  And in between all of that, across 20 years, they each got married. Robert had a daughter, and both owned lots of pets, turning their houses into…well…Pet Houses.

Then one day a few years ago, Robert wandered in to David’s pet supply store. They got to talking about a lot of things, and then the conversation turned to, of all things, candles. In particular, candles for pet owners. David carried a brand of pet candles in his store.

We cannot say enough good things about this store and the workers, we found a rash on our dog and asked for help, they not offered suggestions but gave us great advice. Gave us details on a allergy test they recommended and once we received the results we went back to consult for additional advice, they did not disappoint, they helped us pick out new dog food that would work for our pet as well as appropriate snacks and treats that will work for her. They guarantee their product and If it doesn’t work they have an excellent return policy no hassle, and the best attitudes and support. We will not go to another pet store after discovering them. Again, I cannot say enough good things about the store and selection and all their workers have been so supportive and kind.

The people are truly the kindest and most caring. I’ve used the dog wash station numerous times, including with my baby in tow, and the staff is always beyond helpful. I love Pure Pet in Marion.

I absolutely love this place. The people, the atmosphere, it's all wonderful. From the products that are tailored to animals needs, they special order, the bath stations. The owners care about southern Illinois and their pets! They go above and beyond to make sure their community has what they need! I will ALWAYS recommend pure pet to people. Thank you guys!
